HOLY WEEK Services at Saint Andrew's include:
Palm Sunday (3/20/16): Processional with Palms at the 10:30am service
Maundy Thursday (3/24/16): A soup-and-bread supper beginning at 6pm. This supper will be followed by a Maundy Thursday service which includes foot-washing and stripping of the altar.
Good Friday (3/25/16): Stations of the Cross beginning at 12:30. This activitiy will be bilingual.
Easter Sunday (3/27/16): Service in English at 10:30am; a bilingual service at 12:30pm
Beginning Wednesday (2/17/16) and continuing each Wednesday in Lent, we continued discussing What Did Jesus Ask?as part of our Lenten Book Study.
BISHOP ANNE'S VISIT TO ST. ANDREW'S
In August, the Bishop
Suffragan of the Episcopal Diocese of North Carolina, Anne
Hodges-Copple, visited St. Andrew's. In addition to preaching and
celebrating the Eucharist, she also confirmed one member at St.
Andrew's and received another person into the Episcopal
IBLESSING OF THE ANIMALS
In 2015, we celebrated the Feast of St. Franics with a Blessing

On Nov 1, 2015, the Episocpal Diocese of North Carolina's Bishop
Michael Curry was installed as the 27th Presiding Bishop of the
Episcopal Church in the United States. You can re-live that moment
